I just shopped here for the first time and I am thoroughly impressed so much so that I’m writing this in the parking lot. I am super picky with pet stores but they carry great high quality brands and the customer service is amazing! I was greeted immediately by super friendly staff and the woman that helped me out was the sweetest! I’m usually not impressed/excited by lots of stores nowadays, but I love love love it here and will deff be doing my shopping here for my rats and pups!
dealing with the Fhvn store or the Dartmouth store has been great . When I go looking to buy fish unlike alot of places the tanks are clean , no dead fish and the fish look great . The people that have waited on me are very polite , helpful and fun to talk with . I've bought many fish from both stores , we bought a bunny from the Dartmouth store . I tell everyone looking for a pet check out Mellisa's .
