I was VERY UNHAPPY when I walked in the door. I did not get what I came after but my problem was resolved. I left SATISFIED. In addition the front desk person helped me with some issues with my phone. I am still unhappy with the company the claimes dept. uses to outsource their "investigations" into problems and repairs.
