I have only talked to agents on the phone but evertmything has been fine. My only complaint is my premiums have gone up every year since i returned to SF.I realize everything has gone up but hope I didn't make a mistake.
Abigail was friendly and helpful starting our new policy. Offered what she thought was best for our needs and advised on changes that could be made. Best part she was able to save us money compared to our previous provider.
Great customer service, Abigail and Kaleigh are always ready to support me on any insurance needs. They helped my son to get his own insurance after he graduated from College and recently they helped my daughter getting her own insurance as well. Abigail and Kaleigh helped my son and daughter to have a smooth transition from been under my insurance to get their own insurance. The best package and prices in the region as well. Thanks for all your help and the best customer service in Ohio.
I've had state farm since I started driving as a teen... and up until recently I've never had an issue with them.. They call me every other day now asking me to bundle my home and auto insurance and I have told them NUMEROUS times I dont own a home.. So now when they call me I immediately hit the ignore button. Heaven forbid they actually need to get ahold of me with a real issue.. I won't ever know about it
