I am not impressed with State farm. I have an insurance agent which I have not spoken with I hear from team members only when I reach out to them. I asked for a review on my account to reduce my bill and without reviewing my account they merely sent out a beacon to monitor my driving.... I've been a customer for quite some time and inquired about professional business coverage and protection and was denied eligibility even though I had been a customer of theirs already.
