Hi, My names Tony. I was hired at Melling two weeks ago. Ok, so let me start by saying, the training at this place is absolutely minimal. There’s literally like 10-15 people in the entire factory on 1st shift. So, you go to a station on your first day. Whoever your trainer is. If it’s Rose, you’re basically done for. She is very rude. Very condescending, basically a women carrying her miserable life w her all day attitude. She’ll walk to to the station and say “you gotta read the book” which means just open and flip the page... read more
