BUYER BEWARE !!!!!! I’m a contractor and had Jim build several Pools for me. Pools turned out ok HOWEVER JIM DIDN’T PAY THE POOL PLASTER COMPANY BACK IN APRIL 2024 FOR $10,000 AND THEY PUT A LIEN ON MY HOUSE. HE’s TOLD ME 4 TIMES HES GOING TO PAY BUT HASN’T YET AS OF 10-28-24. I suggest that if he builds a pool for you, you should pay for the materials & labor separate from his profit and be sure to get a paid receipt from each sub contractor.
