As an endurance athlete I credit being able to race multiple marathons and races in a year to the massages I receive at Mella. Jamie really listens to what's bothering me and makes sure to address my needs. Her massages are AMAZING and help me recover after my races so I can be ready to race again soon! Jamie is very kind, friendly, and professional. I trust her to help heal and care for my muscles and body!
