MD Gutarra moves office more often then a college student. Waiting is always very long, one hour or more. When the MD finally sees you, he seems to be in a hurry. He will try to avoid answering questions and will refer you to somebody else when possible. After a year or two he will move office again and kick you out if you asked too many questions and he will blame it on the insurance. Don’t waste your time. Front desk staff are rude, waited two hours for a phone visit received no call and I called twice the office twice only for staff to basically call me a liar after I told them I had not received any calls they cancelled my appointment. Being a new patient this was the worst customer service ever! They do not care about their patients.

Very rude stuff and ugly attitudes. No one tried to help resolve our issues. Took my grandma in and everyone made her feel bad.
