This doctor incorrectly diagnosed my father with Hepatitis. He was rude to him and even questioned/belittled my father when he had come to the office to get his lab results. Not professional and lacking in basic bedside manner and respect to elderly patients. Would not recommend him. No patient should ever feel disrespected or as if the doctor is doing them a favor. You all are in business because of your patients. Not vice versa. Take your business and health elsewhere.
Waited over 2 months for an appointment. Showed up to an empty office. All they had was a print out of a number to re schedule my appointment. The clerk they share an office with told me Dr. Gutarra was in transition but he nor his staff were seen that whole week. Got a call 3 days later to “remind” me of an appointment I didn’t even know I had. Terrible customer service. Lets hope its not a reflection of his practice.
