Really like Dr. Duggan. He is very nice and very human. However, he does not like using the patient portal, so he needs to get his nurse to do that for him - that is what most really good doctors with really good nurses do :-). Getting through their phone tree is another issue - 15 minutes on hold every time. This is a practice administrator issue that needs to be fixed. I HATE calling the office!Β
