Can’t recommend it. The nail technician made my toaster to bleed with her callus removal and did not even have a Band-Aid to offer.
I scheduled a gel change appointment for and they did not seat me until 4:25. The pedicure itself was good, the space is nice and clean, and the gel change only took 25 minutes. Too bad I had to wait almost twice as long.
Arrived at 4:10 pm while sign says open until 5pm. Worker says appointment only while one of them is not busy. Tell me to come tmr Friday. Obviously they want to close early and don’t want to take on new work. It’s a tourist town! I’m not coming back tmr.
This nail service was extremely sub par. My great aunt and I were only at the pedicure station for 20 minutes and you could tell they wanted us out of there as soon as possible. The water in the bowl was cold which wasn’t super pleasant. It would’ve been fine but our other family member who was getting her nails done was insulted by one of the workers who was extremely rude. Calling a customer’s skin ugly to their face and not allowing them to pick their own color is just not how you run a business. I definitely do not recom... read more
