Had dual battery system installed in SUV to my full satisfaction. Starting from Mikayla to Paul to Adam, all were exceptionally helpful with their advice, friendly to talk to and most professional at their job. Impressive customer service and transparency. Bravo Melita crew!
Had my turbo timer installed here, was very happy with the service, price & quality of work. Big thankyou to Mikayla in reception, she definitely went above & beyond to make sure this process was extremely easy for me. Her customer service skills were exceptional, not only did she call the supplier but also called me back in within 30 minutes to answer all my questions & concerns I had, as well as giving me a run down on how to operate the turbo timer correctly. Paul is great , straight down the line with his work . Tells you how it is with the car. Used them fe times and have always helped with out , highly recommend especially for classic cars as no many mechanics or auto electricians know old classics these days , definitely the best auto electricians on the west side of Melbourne.
