We very regrettably chose to buy a used golf cart from Chad at Melissa's Golf Carts last December. We were first time cart buyers and he took advantage of that. The cart was for my 88 year old mom to drive within our park - Chad met her upon our first visit to his store. He promised a good working cart even though the cart was old. He failed to deliver on his workmanship and on a working cart. He lies - a lot. Horrible service I ordered 4 custom bodies in February 2019 its now September 2019 and still waiting have 3 bodies as of today still waiting for one was told 2 weeks ago they seen a paint flaw then now they say the shipping company wrecked it now they don't call you back keep saying they will Run far away from this company 10k worth of my money with a deadline in writing saying I will have all bodies by March 2019
Like new clean cart delivered fast with excellent service after the sale.
