DON'T! We had Melissa come in to give us a bid on a large (she quoted $14,000.00) interior painting job. We told her we wanted to hire her to do the job and requested a contract so we could pay her the 1/2 down she requested before starting. She put us off for two weeks texting various excuses for the delay. We waited, not getting additional bids, believing she planned to do the job as had promised. Melissa did a fabulous job! We were very impressed by her work, speed, attention to detail and cleanliness. We hired her to do a large project and thought we could do the smaller projects ourselves. When we started the smaller project after she had gone, it was not as easy as she made it look, so we threw in the towel and hired her again! She was quick, efficient and reasonably priced and it was so worth it to have her finish all projects! I will recommend her to all of my clients and friends.
