Heard she stole money from my best friend. Not right at all. I hope he can sue and get his money back.
I have it in writing (email) that I would receive a refund from the trustee if voluntarily dismissed my case but after I did exactly that they refuse to give me my refund that the trustee had returned. All of this came after paying for a chapter 7 and being lied to so I would switch to a chapter 13 so they could make more money. Please go to a different lawyer, these people will mislead and deceive you so they can take maximum profits. They should be ashamed of how they conduct business.
