The doctors and practitioners are excellent front desk not so well. Im a LONG time patient and I have a unpaid bill there and so she said they can't refill my prescription. I also told them I dont plan on leaving it unpaid but I was out for surgery in December and just went back I told them I would pay my bill first paycheck I get. They can go back at least 9 yrs seeing back that I haven't left no unpaid bills!! I agree with others on PR she has with patients not good!!

I've been in this office twice in the past 2 weeks with 2 different patients. The NP / PA is amazing!!! Front desk office staff is absolutely the worst and rudest that I've seen in a Dr office in a long time! 🤬
A simple phone call turned into my wife and I looking for a new office for her pregnancy. The lady on the phone was very rude, with an attitude. Prescriptions were called in with no explanation. When we called we were told " yeah there is a note for the nurse to call you so." Then when I asked a simple question she came back with " well I can just cancel the appointment for you" Their sonogram printer " sucks" so they recommend you take the photos with your phone.
Thank God people like Dr. Wampler exist. I will always choose her practice over anyone else!
