HORRIBLE STAFF the “little girl” that answers the phones is extremely rude she always has an attitude it’s like she’s mad she has to do her job , they can never help with anything don’t ever call and ask for assistance or help paying a bill because they will just belittle you and laugh in your face. Definitely would consider leaving Melissa just based on the experience with this water company. I hope she quits her job so we can continue enjoying living here!
Absolute worst experiences here ever. I’ve lived in Melissa for 2 years and have never had a good experience here the lady in the front office is ridiculously rude and bitter. Anytime you call they have an attitude for having to work and they can never help with anything ever it’s always some excuse.
I have never had a bad experience with the Melissa water department until today. by far the worst customer service I have ever received in 8+ years living in Melissa. Yall need to do a better job in hiring your service reps.
