From the moment on the phone to this office to set up an appointment for New Patient, new to Lenoir, do not know anyone, etc., the Staff here in this Office are just A+ Excellent! Summer helped as soon as I came in and greeted me and helped get me started with paperwork. Then Alyssa took exams of eyes and was so kind and professional. Then Dr. Melissa Thomas and her Assistant came in and eased my mind on a new Eye Dr. after about 15 years ! New technology was done as well, that I'd not had in my Eye Exams prior!
