Dr Stamates gave me excellent care and was extremely understanding and compassionate. I felt very secure and comfortable with her expertise and knowledge. Her team (Kelly Lupo and Joey Dahar) were there for me all the way. Thank you all so much for an excellent experience. I will always hold a very special spot in my heart for you.
I am not satisfied with this doctor. She didn’t seem concern about me after the surgery. It’s a simple surgery she said. It wasn’t simple I am blind in one eye and can hardly see out the other. I cannot work. I lost my truck. I lost my job of 27 years. I can’t take my dog outside any more without someone with me. I can’t drive. My life has changed drastically. Dr. Stamates is very compassionate and listens to you in the office. I never felt rushed and all her attention was on me. This was my third spinal surgery and I felt very comfortable and confident that she was going to do a great job and she did. My overall experience from the office to the stay at Cape Fear was excellent. Communication was excellent and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly.
