I think Melissa gives top notch care. She is extremely thorough and has served me in so many different areas of my health. I have transitioned 3 of my kids to her practice and hope my husband will join us!
Melissa O’Sullivan has always given me top notch care. I experienced issues with HBP, and she addressed them with urgency and expertise. She always explains prognosis in a manor that is caring and not alarming. Additionally, she performs her research on your concerns before, during and after your visit. Her bedside manor is stellar. I hate that i moved and am unable to continue seeing her. She’s amazing.
My mom had been sick for a couple of days. She sent her provider (Melissa O’Sullivan) a message with her symptoms. Greater than 24 hours later she responded with “you need to go to urgent care.” My mom ended up in the hospital with sepsis. She could have died. This provider is horrible in my opinion and my mom will not be seeing her anymore. Thank God I talked her into the hospital instead of urgent care. For that, I still have my mother today.
