Front desk is nice but Melissa Rosenhan is horrific. Very cold and unprofessional. Ask to see another dr. Sad thing is I’ve been going there for years and never had a complaint. I saw Melissa Rosenhan twice in 3 weeks and both experiences are enough to make me find another practice. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or at the least ask for a different person.
I should have come to Google before booking. I was very disappointed with my visit here. I'll admit that I was late (within their grace period of 15 mins) which I apologized for. The receptionist assured me it was fine and that I still had time. I filled out their intake form and shortly after was taken back to an exam room where a rep asked me a few questions about medication and took some pictures of my face.
