I had an extremely poor experience with Melissa Robinson. Multiple phone calls went unanswered. As I write this, I'm still waiting on her to respond to an email. During a fast-moving transaction she would sometimes become unavailable until the following day. Communication became especially poor toward the end. More concerningly, after we submitted an offer, Melissa said it needed to be transferred onto a different New Hampshire form. I agreed because I wanted to make the process easy.
