I recently had gallbladder surgery performed by Dr. Richardson, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. From the initial office visit to post-operative follow-ups, she was thorough, compassionate, and attentive. Dr. Richardson was very pleasant. She engaged me in conversation to take my mind off of the test and ease my anxiety. She explained the test and what it could diagnose. Office was very clean. Staff was also friendly.
VERY PROFESSIONAL IN PATIENT CARE AND MEDICAL COMMUNICATION. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE NEEDING HER EXPERTISE. DR. RICHARDSON WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO ME AND MY PROFESSION AND A GREAT CONVERSATIONIST PUTTING ME AS A PATIENT AT EASE!
Dr Richardson is very knowledgeable and real nice and will listen and loves to talk and most importantly she answers questions. The staff was nice also. I would highly recommend her.
