I was a new patient and having issues with a medication. Dr. Pifer had me do some bloodwork to see if anything had changed. I waited a week to call about my bloodwork. The nurse said that the doctor was not in to review it so I waited another week. No phone call. I called again. I was told the doctor would be in and call me the following Monday. Again, no call. All of the Staff is wonderful, attentive and caring… Dr Pifer takes her time and listens to her patients! She treats you with care and respect.
New to Ohio and Dr. Pifer, very pleased with professionalism and caring attitude. Felt at ease for the first time in many years. Will recommend.
