Bad service not going back save your money.
We’ve been using Melissa’s services for about six months, and she and her company are absolutely fantastic. By far the best we’ve had (and we’ve tried a few). Everything you’d hope for from a cleaning service: fair, reliable, careful, flexible, and competent
Melissa & her crew always do a fantastic job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Always on time, and very responsive and accommodating if I need them to come in outside of their regular housekeeping times.
Melissa has been my Holy Grail in our regular maintenance cleaning for our house. She is dedicated, professional and very passionate about her work and such a sweetheart as well! As I have two young kids, I most often request cleaning our place at the last minute (not recommended though, it must be hard for Melissa to plan things.., sorry M!) -things get unpredictable or mommy brain to book ahead etc etc.- however, she always tries to accomodate me and her crews have been respectful and trustworthy. Melissa and her team are amazing: they’re reliable, on time, fast, and are super communicative. It’s been so hard finding a reliable cleaning team but with Melissa I don’t have to worry if they will make it on our cleaning day, she’s been a lifesaver
