I had an appointment booked at 1 pm today, and it’s been over an hour and no one has reached out to me to cancel or reschedule or to let me know what’s going on. I’ve sent an email, texted, called over 12 times and my call keeps getting declined. There’s no communication whatsoever, I needed my house cleaned for tomorrow and now I can’t book with another service and it’s too late. Awful!
These ladies are quick, trustworthy and very pleasant. What a great cleaning crew. They are in and out everything done by text message and E transfers, these ladies are highly recommended.💗💗💪🏻🫶🏻
Bad service not going back save your money.
We’ve been using Melissa’s services for about six months, and she and her company are absolutely fantastic. By far the best we’ve had (and we’ve tried a few). Everything you’d hope for from a cleaning service: fair, reliable, careful, flexible, and competent
Melissa & her crew always do a fantastic job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Always on time, and very responsive and accommodating if I need them to come in outside of their regular housekeeping times.
