Extremely unprofessional, called and the person that answered immediately said, "hello, just call later." When I tried to get a name she said, "this is her secretary just call in 30 min," and she hung up

Melissa has always been a counselor for me . I've seen several times in my life and she has always helped . Off and on I've seen her for over 15 years. Of course not 15 years straight. But as life has presented me challenges and problems she has always been a great resource for me. Even better now knowing she can be Christian based is best part of it all. Now that I have given my life to Christ . So I'll vouch for Melissa all day long. God bless her and all the great work she does

I called Melissa to set up and appointment, and when she answered she responded in a callous tone with “What do you need I am with patients.” . Needless to say I hung up and said I would find another provider. This lady is rude and unprofessional

Melissa is a very kind woman and human being. She is amazing at what she does and knows how to make people comfortable and open up
