Knowledgeable and personable!
It was the best. I arrived almost two hours early, in fact an hour and a half. And I was soon waiting on in two examination rooms as one was reserved after 45 minutes for someone else. I even had them cancel again something for blood pressure that was already cancelled last summer and brought in from I guess somewhere else.
Very knowledgeable, kind , listens , expresses interest in patient to concerns and feelings.
Melissa was simply wonderful and a good listener.
