As a retired, nurse of almost 40 years I can honestly tell you she is one of the most patient, kind, and understanding providers I’ve ever had in my health care. She truly listens without judging and always has a smile on her face. I actually look forward to seeing her when I need to instead of dreading another doctors appointment!! Kudos to you Mel !!!
I am a retired ICU, ER, and neurosurgical nurse that retired as the Chief Nurse in a Veterans Administration hospital. She is the best primary provider I have ever had and I have some very complex medical issues at the age of 71.
She said one thing during the visit and documented differently in her visit note. I asked to help save money on a prescription, something other providers have happily done. She documented I asked to falsify a prescription. I felt uncomfortable and judged. She is definitely not kind or patient.
