A 1 because I can’t give a 0. Had 2 c-sections with Waters that both went sideways. One she didn’t note my son’s cord wrapped around his neck which cause swelling in his brain and seizures at a month old where IU Bloomington ER overdosed him and caused him to “expire” in my arms for me to have to preform CPR him because there were no staff to be found . Dr Watters is the best! I am a very ✨anxious✨ patient and always have tons of questions and concerns. Dr Watters is patient and attentive and will not only answer your questions but explain the ‘why’ behind it. I highly recommend her if you have the choice of physicians!

Absolutely amazing ! She delivered my twins almost 16 yesrs ago im so glad shes still here! Im having serious problems and need to see you as my gynecologist asap best doctor ever highly recommended
