We've been seeing Dr. Schroer for so many years now that I don't even remember who my PCP was before her. She helped my whole family through so many difficult times of our lives, cancer, heart attacks, broken bones, etc, etc...
Whatever you do, DO NOT use Dr. Melissa Schroer as your Primary Care Physician. I have never had a good experience with her staff nor her as my doctor. She does not care about your health. She will not perform any standard tests on your regular checkups, her scheduling staff will ignore your attempts to get an appointment, and instead advise you to go to Urgent Care or the TriHealth at Walgreens. Save yourself the MASSIVE headache that is working with this office, and PICK SOMEONE ELSE.
Excellent care
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Schroer and her staff. She has helped me so much and I trust her completely.
I am very happy with her and her staff. Always call my prescriptions in fast.
