On two separate occasions, Dr. Larson’s nurse switched my appointments that I had previously been scheduled for (one was scheduled a full year in advance) to a different doctor. I was never informed of the switch on both occasions (done at the doctor’s request) and was somehow expected to be okay with the change. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Our family is forever grateful to God for Dr. Larson. She, her team, and many talented others helped save our young adult son! She always had a plan to assure us through the challenges our son faced. He is doing well now. The consistent care and support our son received will always be greatly appreciated! SHE IS THE BEST!!!
