Melissa is amazing at what she does! Not only does she do a wonderful job of understanding my skin’s needs and the most up to date treatments, her calm and gentle personality always make me feel like I’m as relaxed as I could ever be during and after my time in her treatment room. I have been visiting Melissa from last 3 months for my acne treatment. What can I say about her. She’s simply the best. I just love how she do regular followups and answers all my questions. During this journey there was a time when I just want to quit but Melissa encouraged me to keep going which I’m very thankful to her. As everyone says ‘it gets worse before its getting better’. Trust the process and follow the path. One day you will get the results.
This review may be a little long, so if you don't feel like reading the whole thing then I will start by saying that Melissa is the best! She listens to your concerns, truly examines your skin, recommends the treatment and/or products you should use, even if that means a product or brand she doesn't carry. With that said, I highly recommend the Dermalogica products that Melissa suggests for you because they are fantastic, and I don't know where I'd be without them. I had Candace do my facial at the Meraki Beauty Collective location and she was AMAZING! One of the BEST facials I have ever had. She was so thorough and did not rush. At the end she took the time to explain what she used and recommended. I would def. book back and also recommend her to my friends and family ❤️.
