I haven't had any issues with the doctor herself. However, her nurse Mandy should not be dealing with the public. She has forgotten me in the waiting room when my appointment is over, she does not communicate decisions the doctor has made about my care. She then belittles you in a very passive aggressive way when you address her issue that upset you calmly. They have lost me (and a family member) as a patient(s) based on this. I have been waiting 2 months for an appointment. Doctor's office cancelled prior appointment 2'ce. I've never met the actual doctor. Still waiting.
Dr Schroer cares more about being right than patient care. She did a genetic test on me without contacting my insurance company to see if it was covered. Did not discuss it with me, and I received a letter that it is NOT covered after the fact. When I expressed my anger with her, she terminated our relationship. I’m stuck with the bill.
