Completely useless therapist, when I tell you completely useless that describes perfectly my experience with her, I only went to her for a few weeks in 2019 and I remember she only made me feel worse (maybe my life circumstances triggered her) but looking back this was my first therapist and I can’t imagine where I would be today if I would have been diagnosed properly initially. Wasn’t diagnosed at all because the only feedback she gave me made me feel worse and was not useful to me in any way.
