Let me ask you this, if you took time off of work to make a scheduled appt, is it reasonable to wait two hours before being seen?! Should it be OK for an unpleasant office staff to move your appt up a half hour EVERY time you have an appt to then just sit and wait longer? What does it say when, after explaining the situation to your Dr. she says it’s basically my fault for being too considerate toward her schedule by telling me to say “just nicely tell them, no I cannot”? Great DR with horrible staff, beyond rude! Very bad patient service with snobby attitudes. Trying to get an appointment is just as ridiculous as the wait time. This office would be much more pleasant with different front desk staff!
Best OB office around. Dr.Kuwahara is amazing and very caring. She listens to your needs and concerns. Her staff is super friendly and helpful.
I recently had such a negative experience with Dr. Kuwahsra's staff (office manager, receptionist) and am so very frustrated that I'm in the process of looking for another gynecologist. Not only are they rude, they are inept as employees. Dr. Kuwahara has been a good doctor so far, but her staff needs to be replaced with a competent one. I am a Total/Permanent Veteran.
