Overall experience not good. From the receptionist to the nurse that took me back to the dr. Was made to feel like I was an inconvenience, no one but the person who took my blood was friendly. The nurse and dr barely even looked at me, had a conversation with me and heaven forbid they make a patient feel comfortable. Not a good vibe at all to feel comfortable to even talk to the nurse or dr. They made me feel like I was an annoyance to even ask or question anything. The office does not respond to our questions. They do not call in refills for needed prescriptions and don’t return calls. The medication is critical for him to take. He needs it now. Someone from the office called in the wrong strength and dosage.
Melissa herself is an excellent nurse practitioner. Unfortunately, since the practice sold out from Park Street family practice to Optum we have had nothing but communication problems with them. Our phone calls go unanswered which has caused delays in scheduling and failure to fulfill prescriptions in a timely manner. Sometimes going 3 or 4 days without my husband's prescriptions.
