I am very happy with this practice. I first encountered them after I developed a blood clot after knee replacement. Rachel, the office manager, is a gem. Lisa, the nurse practitioner, has a wealth of knowledge and I feel comfortable and safe with her management of my care.
I felt kind of not heard today, I guess I needed more helpful answers for my problems then what I received? This is the 2nd time I thought I was going to see Melissa and I didn't. I don't have anything personal about the doctor I got to see but I started with Melissa and that's who I wanted to stay with.
