I was in the office today as a new patient. I can tell you that Heather at the front desk was not only friendly, but happy to see you. The nurse that took me back and got my vitals was pleasent, kind, and made you feel at ease. The Dr. spent close to an hour with me, she sat down and said "tell me about you", and when you talked she listened, and looked intrested in what you had to say.
