Cynthia went above and beyond to help me get my house sold. Due to certain circumstances, I was unable to get my house ready for the market within the time frame that I needed it sold but Cynthia stepped in like an angel and made it happen on time. She is truly a Godsend. If I had 10 houses to sell I'd choose her for all of them. I highly recommend her!
Melissa is the best agent we have ever used in our various home purchases over the years. Professionalism at the highest level. Superior communication and quick response to any request are comments that we may have had during the period our home was for sale. We highly recommend Melissa for any and all of your realestate needs.
Melissa was an absolute angel throughout our move from Maine to Florida! She was with us every step of the way, always patient, responsive, and incredibly communicative. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made such a difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through this move. If you’re moving, I highly recommend Melissa!

She worked closely with the buyer's agent to address any issues and buffered me from all drama. There were minor bumps along the road, but closing happened on time and my ride was smooth as gla... read more

The level of detail and quality of work definitely made my husband and I grateful we chose her as our realtor. She made the process easy! Melissa was patient and helped us look at numerous houses and locations until we felt comfortable moving forward with our current house. She helped us navigate through the inspection period, recommended wonderful inspectors, and negotiated a sellers credit at closing to help us with the item... read more
