Excellent appointment!
They have no concept of time. Suppose to arrive at 9:45 am and still waiting in waiting room at 10:21am. Now saying 30 minutes delay. Find a place who knows how to make a schedule
They do take good care of my wife. But, as with most clinics for some reason. Don't bother with the guest wifi in the waiting room. We live in the era of 10GB internet connectivity and for some reason these places still feel the need to throttle to dsl speeds for a guest wifi connection. No excuse it can't be at least 50Mb insteadof 10Mbs. But, thats what happens when your system admins operate like a domestic car manufacturing engineer. Bring a Hotspot if you want something to do online while waiting.
