I wish I could give this place a negative 5 out of 5! I am very disappointed with your customer service! You have neglected my concerns/issues with my policies so much, it’s unacceptable! Anytime, I try to call your office with questions/concerns, no one answers the phone so I leave a voicemail, & you almost never return my calls, (only twice did I ever get a callback). If I could give 20 stars I would! This woman has worked her tail off for our family to ensure we have the best coverage when we need it- auto, home, life, health, etc. She is always available to take our calls and answer our questions. She is one that will ALWAYS go above and beyond. Melissa is sp helpful. She helped us with getting life insurance, and was able to help my husband get life insurance because he has diabetes we got a rate we wre comfortable with. Thanks Melissa
