I give this doctor a 0 star rating!!!! She is unprofessional can’t believe I even spoke to this doctor, she was so rude to me over the phone. I had a concerned about my surgery and she was so rude about it like she was getting so aggravated with the questions I was asking her!! Horrible doctor and very unprofessional. I will never seek help or treatment from this doctor ever again very bad experience she needs to be fired you don’t talk to your patients like this especially when they’re concerned about a wound
I would highly recommend Dr. Chang. She is thoughtful knowledgeable, and does the most to make you feel comfortable.
Dr. Chang is an absolutely amazing surgeon. She has saved my life multiple times now and has worked with me over the last (very long) 5 years while battling UC/Crohn’s. She is patient and understanding. She listens to what you have to say and actually takes your words into consideration when making a plan for you. She goes above and beyond to make sure that you get the care that you need. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a colorectal surgeon.
Dr. Chang was very friendly and professional. She saw me in a timely manner, and addressed my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone.
