My visit with Melissa Humburg, NP was wonderful! She was very detailed as she navigated through her check-in process to understand what’s changed with me. I suggested adding year over year graphs/ charts to help patients better track their year over year progress with lab levels. There should be a drop down selection that allows the patient to select dates/ years to be compared.
Melissa was very thorough and was able to get a STAT CT ordered for me. I ended up having a ruptured appendix. If I would have had to wait until the next day to have an outpatient CT, the outcome may not have been good. I ended up having surgery within three hours of seeing Melissa and the surgeon informed me that my appendix have been ruptured for at least a week.
I love her!
