I didn't realize I was behind on getting my papsmear so I was scheduled to see Dr. Heath. Yes, the wait was a bit, but I expect that for specialists. In my years of dealing with any doctor (but especially specialized ones) the wait is long. Bringing myself something to read or do in the waiting room helps. I think Dr. Heath is great. She is right to the point which is a good thing for any doctor. She is very knowledgeable and can advise you on any struggles you might be experiencing in this subject. I was not impressed. I arrived early for my 9am apt for an annual exam. Check in went well. Was put in a room, asked to completely undressed and then waited 50 minutes until the Dr. came in for exam. Not ok!
Mr.s. Heath was very nice when I went to see her she told me alot of things that I didn't even know about.
Dr Heath is wonderful. She’s down to earth, speaks to you like a friend. She doesn’t speak down to you like some doctors do. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable, and often makes me laugh. I’m relaxed with her. Her nurse called me the week after my appointment to follow up, to check on me. Much appreciated. The only downside was that one nurse. She mumbled, asked questions while looking at her computer instead of looking at me. I asked her several times to repeat her question, to speak up, etc. She did not. It was a bad start ... read more
