Had two appointments with Kahle and other than prescribing a blood pressure medication the second appointment was finished. After I made an account with My Chart and found my blood test results were posted, I was concerned with my glucose level 297. It was not a concern of the doctor as he never spoke to me about it nor did I receive anything directions to see a specialist. I am assuming he doesn’t treat people with blood sugar problems or diabetes.

I scheduled an appointment months in advance. It was canceled the morning of by Dr. who had a personal meeting.. I had booked time off work. It could not be rescheduled for several weeks. I was unable to attend the rescheduled appt due to a work emergency.. the office was very unhelpful and disrespectful when I tried to reschedule. As a health care professional this is not ok to allow someone's care to drop like that for months and treat patients like that. The disrespect and arrogance was astounding.

My husband and I have been under Dr. Beata Sterkowicz’s care for a few years. She is very friendly, patient, and professional. She explains to us very well the problems that we are facing and prescribes the medication we need. We are very happy to have Dr. Sterkowicz as our doctor. Dr. Sterkowicz is a good doctor and a kind person.

Awful!!! I have been a patient since I was a baby followed by my 23 year old daughter and my 11 year old. My ex husband carries the insurance for my daughter and covers the medical bills. He missed a bill that was sent to collections that I was not made aware of and now they will no longer see my daughter. I asked if they could refer me to someone else and they the nurse Lauren said no. I am sickened by this treatment after all these years.

Horrible Unprofessionalism Speedy to the point where she doesn't listen to all of what you have to say about your symptoms just wants you in and out for that invoice. Doesn't actually care about your health Will prescribe pills over the phone without seeing you. Good for the customer but not quite because you don't get a real evaluation of what's going on. Lack of empathy/care. Just work for the paycheck. This office needs need people that actually care and are PROFESSIONAL!

The worst physician and office staff I have ever experienced. They are not professional at all and rude. I have reported numerous complaints over the years of their rude nurses and today's issue took the case when one proceeded to laugh at my daughter's mental health concerns over the phone. Save yourself some time and headaches and find a different physician office!!

It took 2 months to get into my first visit with Dr. Kitchen. I asked for a physical and blood work. I told him about my ailments and he basically guessed. He was very dry and seemed like he had something else to do. Very rushed. I was told I would have to reschedule for the physical and blood work. Two weeks later I'm back at 7a.m. and I told the receptionist I've had a sore throat. Season changes, allergies, and I'm a smoker all contributed to this.
