I love Dr Gates and her nurse Kelly is just the best! She’s so sweet and kind and very good with shots-never feel them! However I would like to take this opportunity to say something about OLIC. I used to go there to use the pool and the gym, but since the retired athletic director took took over as director of OLIC the facilities have become so filthy, I can’t stand to be there any longer. Dr Gates has been my Dr since coming to this practice as a new Dr. I LOVE her, very resourceful, assertive to needs of multiple medical issues. As well as help me overcome many medical challenges I have. I m 100% happy with all the care I have received and would highly recommend Dr Melissa Gates or any other Oaklawn Dr. Ty OMG Proviers
She was great! She listened to all of my concerns and was very kind. She made me feel comfortable and that she really cared!
