This wasn't the first time we used Melissa's Team. We had been so pleased with buying and selling houses through them before, there was no choice but to use them this time. We couldn't be happier. They even stepped in one week to put out the trash because we had already moved. The house sold the first weekend it was on the market. I feel this was due to Melissa's guidance. The Garcia Team, Melissa Garcia and Mary Barr, did a fantastic job! We met several months before actually determining we were ready to sell our home. They had recently worked with a couple of our neighbors in both buying and selling their homes.
