I had such a powerful and healing session with Melissa. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. Her space is incredibly cute, clean, and welcoming. It was my first time having a massage and I left being able to actually move my back and shoulders without pain. I would highly recommend anyone to try a massage at guided ground.
Excellent massage and integrative healing services. I have been seeing Melissa since my daughter died in 2016. She helped me through that horrendous time and others since. I could not be more grateful. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give.
