Dr Fletcher is a very caring doctor. She will take the time to talk to you and not rush you out of the office. I have been seeing her for about 5-6 years and plan to continue seeing her in the future.
I saw her one time and she told me that she "doesn't like to prescribe medicine." I don't think I have ever seen a car in her parking lot. I would stay away.
Had to argue with the staff for 3 days to get basic information about an appointment that my son had at this facility. The staff needs completely retrained on how HIPAA law works. The issue was finally resolved by the records department at three rivers hospital, who confirmed everything that I had been telling the front desk and their supervisor to be true.
