Unfortunately, the receptionist assigned to book my appointment via phone was unprofessional and rude. She was sighing while asking questions and giving attitude when I was answering. I ultimately decided to not even book with this clinic/practitioner because of this receptionist's attitude towards me. Very unfortunate experience.
The lady at the front desk Evelyn is very nasty with patients. Every time I’ve called or have been there she is very snappy and has an attitude, to do her job. She definitely gives the office a bad reputation. The other staff and doctors are amazing and always willing to help.
The Dr herself is very professional and caring, and I had an amazing experience WITH HER. But the office staff customer service is terrible , they’re dismissive and do not care about the patients . Everytime I call I get placed on hold or hung up on for simple matters or questions .
Im giving 3 stars because of Dr. Figueroa, she is absolutely amazing so patient and made me feel extremely comfortable. But unfortunately I did have to look for a new OBGYN because her staff is very dismissive. I am currently very anemic and was going through some problems only an OBGYN can resolve and they gave me an appointment for a month when I told them I was in pain. Their solution is always go to the ER.
