My review is the same as Jennifer, after waiting 8 months for an appointment and 3 weeks for a response on my labs, I'm so so disappointed.
Doctor Falcon has a GREAT bedside matter. She listens to all of my concerns, and is very thorough.
These reviews make it seem like I saw someone different. Maybe Dr. Falcon was having a bad day when I went in. She was not very friendly and laughed at some of my questions and made me feel stupid. I got my bloodwork done and didn't hear from anyone for weeks, so I sent a message in the portal asking if someone could go over my results with me, she responded with one sentence "your ____ is a little high, recommend starting _____" So impersonal, couldn't even start with a hello.
I first met her yesterday at Penn medicine. I was kind of startled how young she looks she looks like a little kid. Was very very understanding, very caring, and she’s going to help me get to the bottom of my problem. The only negative thing I can say about my appointment is I had to wait six months
Dr Falcon is thorough , listens to all concerns and answers all questions. Doesn’t rush through appointments.
