Was told I was getting a discount on my policy and told a certain price a month, and continually jumped up in price every month with no communication or proper explanations beforehand. I continually had to call their office every single month with discrepancies where they didn’t apply discounts, did not communicate properly, extremely hard to get calls back and did not explain things in their full truth.
